Plutôt que de passer par un subprocess, tu peux utiliser le module python git comme fait actuellement

Plutôt qu'un import *, il faut mieux lister explicitement la liste des variables que tu importes

Je pense que dans l'environnement de dev, il faudrait mieux ne pas générer statiquement ce fichier, pour permettre plus de flexibilité (quand tu lances le docker de dev, le code sur lequel tu travailles est monté directement dans le conteneur, et tu peux changer de branche quand tu veux sans relancer le docker, donc garder l'ancien comportement est sans doute mieux)
