salles 2ec00a7d9f Cration de comptes impossible depuis l'extrieur
Le wiki est donc compltement oprationnel avec les fonctionnalits
complmentaires suivantes :
 * Accs en lecture pour l'extrieur des pages notes CatgoriePagePublique
 * Cration de compte impossible  l'extrieur
 * Les droits d'criture sont toujours possible avec un compte wiki mme
l'extrieur.
 * N'importe qui peut dire qu'une page est publique - Le wiki limitera par
son principe les abus si ncessaire.
